Swell angle WNW 286 Degrees, 10ft @ 11 Sec

First morning of the first BIG and CLEAN NW swell of the season. Surfed mostly inside indicators and got a lot of waves on the head. Got in the water about an hour before sunrise with a 2ish foot tide. It was tricky finding the right spot since the better shaped waves formed on the inside reef but sitting on the inside meant that you had to take quite a few outside waves on the head to get some ripping lines on the inside. Some of the outside ones also would reform on the inside if you're patient and lucky enough to glide through the flat sections into inside indicators. I got one my best waves in a long time, banging off 5 solid head high tight turns! Looking forward to Natty B's this evening!
