Monday is Creative Day, 1 hour writing, 3 hours recording (or mixing), 1 hour-ish practice (during practice time start making tutorial videos for bass players)

Tuesday is Gig Acquisition Day (Getting the word out), 2 hours of marketing/business (3 emails to potential gigs, social media posts, marketing videos, location scouting, think of more tasks and write here)

Wednesday is Creative Day, Continue Working where you left off on Monday or spend 1 hour writing, 3 hours recording (or mixing), 1 hour-ish practice.

Thursday is Melting Pot Day, do at least 1 marketing task, 1 is enough, and then perhaps do something else creative, drone work, video, work if music is feeling bogged down.
