Get 2 yards of base rock

Create initial path to bring rock to 1st wall.

Decide where first fill dirt comes from, likely top of second tier, if so create path to second tier

Mark 1st wall line, level and compact

Water is now a possibility: Water Catchment for Boulder Creek (Using tarps strung under redwoods!)

Can we plant 10 fruit tree next spring? Well brah, you need dakine (water) first.
